Reach Your Full Potential: In-Demand Jobs Week 2026

Governor Mike DeWine and Lt. Governor Jim Tressel have officially announced that Ohio’s ninth annual In-Demand Jobs Week will take place from May 4–8, 2026.

This week is a statewide celebration of Ohio’s fastest-growing industries, and this year’s theme, “Reach Your Full Potential,” strikes a chord with everything we do here at Goodwill Columbus. We believe that every individual has unlimited potential, and our mission is to provide the “chance” needed to unlock it.

Connecting You to What’s Possible

With over 134,000 jobs currently posted on OhioMeansJobs.com, there has never been a better time to find a rewarding career in our region. Through the new WorkOhio initiative, the state is focusing on the same “human connection” that defines our work.
