On November 7th, I presented our updated organizational values and beliefs to the Goodwill Columbus management team. In short, organizational values are broad, guiding principles that define an organization’s culture and provide a moral compass for its actions. Organizational beliefs are specific opinions held by an organization on various issues.
You will hear more about our updated values and beliefs in the coming months from me and your managers. I have no doubt they will guide us towards achieving our goal of equipping 100,000 individuals with the tools to advance economic mobility through the power of work by 2030.

Meet Robot Darryl!
Darryl, a Direct Support Professional at WCS, has been home with an injury and unable to work with clients face to face.
But thanks to the OSU Lending Library, WCS was able to install a robot Darryl so the real Darryl can still interact with his clients and coworkers until he’s healthy enough to return to work!
