Last Thursday, June 6, several individuals and staff from Goodwill ADS participated in the Innovation Series Conference, a collaborative event organized by Ohio Employment First and various state agencies. The conference explored how “Innovation Means Partnership,” and Goodwill ADS was proud to be a key contributor!
Kurt Lofton, Goodwill ADS Services Coordinator, played an integral role on the conference planning team. He helped recruit fantastic presenters from Goodwill ADS, including Charlotte McGraw, Kate Hoogeveen, and Laurel Champoux.
Charlotte McGraw delivered a presentation during the “What are Community Connections?” session. She shared her inspiring journey of how art has empowered her to become more engaged in her community, highlighting her work with We Amplify Voices and with women at the Ohio Reformatory for Women, where she teaches art.
Kate Hoogeveen and Laurel Champoux, alongside Alique Yardley, ADS Community Integration Specialist, contributed to a dynamic panel discussion focused on “Building Relationships with Your DSP.”
We’re incredibly proud of our team’s contributions to this important conference, showcasing Goodwill ADS’s commitment to innovation and partnership in our community!
