Solar Installer

Solar installers install, maintain, and repairs solar panels, inverters, and storage systems in both residential and commercial settings. They maintain the integrity of the renewable energy infrastructure.

Average wage: Around $53,640

Logistics Coordinator

Logistics coordinators are responsible for overseeing the movement of goods from suppliers to consumers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery while optimizing efficiency and optimizing costs.

Average wage: Around $50,960

Fiber Optic Installer

Fiber optic installers are responsible for installing and maintaining fiber optic cables and systems. They ensure the proper functioning of networks for applications like internet, data centers, and telecommunications.

Cabling Technician

Cable technicians install, maintain, and repairs cable TV, internet, and phone systems in both residential and commercial settings. They maintain the integrity of the cabling infrastructure.

Solar installer/Clean tech

Boost your income and enter a rapidly growing industry. The Goodwill Clean Tech Accelerator provides the hands-on experience and certifications needed to launch a career in clean tech, where graduates average $20/hour or more. Broadband Infrastructure

The program prepares students for careers as fiber optic cable installers, broadband equipment installation technicians, troubleshooters, fiber optic splicing technicians, and more.

Criteria for students:
Candidates must be 18+ years of age and have a diploma/equivalent.
Candidates must be able to distinguish between colors.
Candidates must be able to navigate small enclosures.
