Goodwill Columbus Headquarters Moves to The Grange Insurance Building

Goodwill Columbus is excited to announce it will be moving its administrative headquarters to the Grange Insurance building located at 671 South High Street.  After nearly 70 years at 1331 Edgehill Road, this move comes as a strategic priority and commitment to further community integration.

“We are thrilled to be heading to the south side of Columbus, though still close to the city’s core, and where we can continue to serve individuals who need us the most,” says Goodwill Columbus CEO and President, Ryan Burgess.

“We’re excited to welcome Goodwill Columbus to Grange’s headquarters. Our hybrid work environment reduced our office space demand and prompted us to actively seek the right tenant that aligns with our culture,” said Grange Insurance Chief Operating Officer, Doreen DeLaney Crawley.

In addition to administrative offices, Goodwill will also occupy an adjacent location at 605 South Front Street that will house free job training services open to the public.

“The addition of this location is significant for us.  Goodwill Columbus is committed to meeting people where they are and within their neighborhoods and communities” says Senior Vice President of Mission Impact and Strategy, Jennifer Marshall.

With this new location, Goodwill Columbus expands its geographic footprint that already includes 11 retail stores, 6 attended donation centers, 5 adult day locations, and job training services at The Jerry Hammond Center, The Reeb Center, and 14 Columbus Metropolitan Library locations.  There are plans to bring these services to additional neighborhoods in 2023.

One of those neighborhoods is Reynoldsburg which is currently home to the Goodwill Columbus retail store, outlet and other operations.  In a major remodeling project, a new 10,000 square foot job training center is being added in conjunction with Columbus State.  Additionally, The Goodwill Art Studio & Gallery, a truly special highlight of the Adult Day Services program, will relocate to a brand-new space in Whitehall.

Goodwill Columbus is proud to be one of the region’s largest nonprofits, a top 100 employer, and a trusted source in Central Ohio for putting people to work.  Throughout our diverse portfolio, we are passionate about creating access to first jobs and advancing all Central Ohioans to their “next best job”.

We are committed to equipping 100,000 individuals with the tools to advance economic mobility through the power of work by 2030.  To do this, Goodwill Columbus will continue to create new jobs, transform communities through job training, career coaching, and vocational rehabilitation in order to empower individuals.
