This Wednesday, September 25th, Goodwill Columbus and Harmony Project are excited to host important conversations as part of The Big Table sponsored by The Columbus Foundation.
What sets our event apart is that differently-abled individuals from across Central Ohio, who bring unique perspectives that enrich our understanding of community and connection, will sit down with other volunteers and invited guests to engage in a “kitchen table” discussion.
The theme for the day is “freedom”. We will explore how accessibility and equity are intertwined with the notion of freedom. We will work together to propose actions we can take to enact a change in our culture, to broaden our understanding and support of one another in our collective journey toward greater inclusivity and individual freedom.
