Employee Feature: Celebrating 21 Years of Compassionate Care with Chris Cline, LPN

As DSP Recognition Week continues, Goodwill Columbus is proud to spotlight an extraordinary member of our healthcare team: Chris Cline, LPN!

For over 21 years, Chris has been a reliable source of health, safety, and advocacy for the individuals she serves. Her support in our Adult Day Services program is truly valued.

Whether providing nursing services, driving a van, or assisting with a meal, she strives to ensure our individuals are safe and protected with care that goes beyond basic nursing tasks. She works with providers, families, and our DSPs to ensure she and her teammates feel confident and supported to provide the best care possible. Along with that, she willingly adjusts her schedule for staff training or assisting other department’s nursing needs.

She has built strong, trusting relationships with the individuals she serves. Whether she is cultivating a calm daily routine or offering reassurance to someone feeling anxious on their first day, Chris listens closely to what each person needs.

She proves daily that it’s not just nursing—it’s service through respect, dignity, and genuine human connection.
