Volunteer Staff Agreement

*A volunteer is not an employee of Goodwill Columbus, and is therefore not entitled to the benefits of an employee as defined by the Fair Labor Standards Act and the company policy manual.
*A volunteer does not displace regular employees, but works well under their supervision.
*A volunteer will not necessarily be hired by the Company as a result of volunteer efforts, but will receive the same consideration all applicants for employment should they apply for an open position.
*Volunteers are expected to abide by the company's code of professional conduct, always modeling the highest professional standards.
