The Columbus Coalition for the Homeless “Street Card” is designed to provide homeless persons with information on most needed services for which they may be eligible.  The Street Card contains a limited listing of services in Franklin County.  To receive information on additional resources, please contact Hands On Central Ohio at 2-1-1 or 614.221.2255.
