Holly Adkins-Ardrey, Studio Director
Holly Adkins-Ardrey graduated from Columbus College of Art & Design, magna cum laude, majoring in Fine Art. She is both a visual and performing artist with ten years of experience in classical ballet and four years with improvisational performing arts company, IN SITU, where she served as Founder, President and Performer. Holly began her administrative career as Chair of the Live Art Committee and Organizer for the Columbus Community Festival. She has also held the position of Executive Director of the Foothills School of American Crafts in Nelsonville, Ohio. Holly worked as a youth art teacher for eight years and as a studio artist on an 80-acre farm in Meigs County, Ohio. Focusing on mixed media and fibers, Holly was one of 19 artists chosen internationally for the Studio Art Quilt Associates exhibit, Layers of Memory, which toured the USA in 2011. Holly was hired by Goodwill Columbus in 2005 to develop a new and innovative Fine Art program for individuals with disabilities, Goodwill Art Studio & Gallery.
